Is a deposit required.
Yes. A $100.00 deposit is required at time of booking. We have added a Paypal button to make things easy for leaving your trip deposit and if you don’t have Paypal, you simply use the guest feature which accepts all major credit cards, it’ fast and VERY secure. However, the remainder of the trip cost may be paid with either cash or major credit card, credit payment will be charged an additional 5%. We do not accept checks.
What is your cancellation policy.
You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled trip date to cancel your trip in order to receive a 100% refund, otherwise your refund will be forfeited.
If you do not provide us with 24 hours advance notice of you cancelling your trip, your deposit will not be refunded. " NO EXCEPTIONS "
Offshore Trips : Customers that do not show up or notify of cancelation will automatically be charged full price, NO EXCEPTIONS.
What happens if there is bad weather and the captain cancels the trip.
If your scheduled trip is cancelled due to bad weather, we will issue a 100% refund and or you can reschedule your trip to a later date ( up to one year )
